New partnership provides value added service to dealerships in Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia

Toronto and London, Ontario – December 11, 2006
    - CarProof and Boost Motor Group are pleased to announce a joint working relationship. Under the new arrangement, mutual clients of CarProof and Boost are able to automatically post CarProof Vehicle History Reports beside each car on the dealer’s website where pre-owned inventory is displayed and hosted by Boost.

By joining these two marketing tools, dealer clients now have the ability to enhance their internet marketing strategy by giving on-line shoppers the peace of mind that comes from providing a complete disclosure tool like the CarProof Verified Vehicle History report for any car on the dealer’s website that they research. “We think that blending our two existing services in this way creates a great new value-added service to our mutual clients,” said Holden Rhodes, Vice President of CarProof.” CarProof dealers are constantly telling us that handing out paper based vehicle history reports to prospective buyers on their physical lots help them sell vehicles.

Therefore, we felt it only natural to provide them with the opportunity to use the same marketing tool for their on-line shoppers as well.”

The combined Boost Carproof offering also creates value for dealers by providing a source of potential leads. When a mutual client approached Boost with a request to include CarProof’s electronic report links on its internet marketing web pages, Rob Rutledge, Vice President of Boost immediately saw an opportunity to not only enhance its web marketing service for all Boost clients but also provide a lead generator for dealers. “We created a seamless environment for all of our mutual clients so that they can easily choose to include their CarProof reports as part of their pre-owned internet marketing page,” said Mr. Rutledge. As part of the package, dealers gain the ability to capture customer information from the online browser enabling the dealer to establish contact and capture additional lead opportunities.

“Dealer feedback has been extremely positive from the combined offering.” says Mr. Rutledge.

BOOST MOTOR GROUP SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHES WESTERN CANADA EXPANSION

Leading Western Canadian Dealership Brands sign on with Boost Motor Group

    Toronto, Ontario, December 6, 2006
    – Boost Motor Group is pleased to announce further expansion of our Western Canadian operations with new markets in the British Columbia interior (Kelowna), Vancouver Island (Victoria), Saskatchewan (Saskatoon and Regina), and Alberta (Calgary) to complement an existing presence in the lower Vancouver mainland. Boost Motor Group expanded into the Vancouver market in early 2006 and quickly developed relationships with many prominent local dealerships. As Boost’s customer base and reputation grew, customers from other regions expressed interest in Boost services.

The Vaughn Wyant Automotive Group enrolled all 9 of their dealership stores. “With Boost powering our web presence, we have dramatically increased the effectiveness of our online advertising and internet showroom with a leading edge display of over 25 pictures”, said Vaughn Wyant, Owner of the Vaughn Wyant Automotive Group. “We wanted our virtual showroom to engage the consumer in a similar manner as our superior physical showroom does with our walk-in traffic.”

Kramer Mazda of Calgary contacted Boost when the owner of an Ontario Mazda store told them about his increased business results from using Boost. "We have been looking to enhance our Used Car listings and when we saw what Boost could provide, we felt that it was a good fit. Boost allows us to manage our online used vehicles more efficiently by transferring my vehicles to key advertising media" said Vinay Ruparell, owner of Kramer Mazda. Today's consumer goes online first to research their preferred car of choice, then travels to the physical showroom to test drive and complete the sale. "We needed to put our best foot forward with our online presentation of our pre-owned vehicles to ensure that web traffic translated into showroom visits" said Vinay.

With expansion in key western markets, Boost Motor Group is well positioned for continued growth. “Our landmark clients in these key cities have quickly built our market presence offering us the ability to effectively service many more clients in these automotive mature markets.” says Greg Connor, President and Chief Executive Officer of Boost Motor Group.

Boost Motor Group’s initial operational base in the Greater Toronto Area has expanded over the past year to include Ottawa, Hamilton, London, Windsor, Barrie, Muskoka and the Bruce Peninsula. “With our most recent western expansion and plans for Quebec and the Maritimes, Boost Motor Group will be national in scope serving all major Canadian urban areas in the near future” says Connor.

BOOST MOTOR GROUP SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHES RECREATION DIVISION

Industry veteran, Phil Harding, to lead new division

    Toronto, Ontario, December 5, 2006
    – Boost Motor Group is pleased to announce expansion into recreation products, initially focused on the Ontario market. Phil Harding, who has owned and operated a water sports services business for the past over 10 years, will lead this new segment of Boost’s business. “We are very pleased that Phil has agreed to join our team”, says Greg Connor, President and CEO of Boost Motor Group. He further explains, “Phil brings a unique combination of deep industry experience and relationships along with a proven record of successfully building entrepreneurial ventures in the recreation market”.

Recreational product dealers, primarily marinas, are finding that consumers are increasingly looking to the internet to find their next boat, ATV, or snowmobile. With their showroom moving from their waterfront buildings to computer screens, dealers need to present the best possible presentation of their product to consumers. Dealers realize that many buyers are located several hours from their dealership.

Boost’s presentation offering a Boost Virtual Tour and detailed feature list information via the internet is an effective medium to showcase their inventory. And when consumers find this level of detailed information, they are willing to engage with the dealership.

“This interaction translates into email or phone contact with the dealer, increased showroom traffic, and a broader geographic trade area for the dealer’s customer”, says Phil Harding, Vice President, Recreation Division. “The opportunity for Boost’s suite of website, inventory, and media management services is largely untapped for the Recreation market and I am looking forward to leading Boost Motor Group in this area.”
